HOW TO VARNISH LIKE A PRO - Let your painted candle vessel dry for at least 3 days until bone dry. Apply two coats of clay varnish, waiting 1-2 hours between each. Leave to set completely overnight before pouring your wax. Remember to varnish both the inside and outside of your candle pot.
